What’s your name and how did you get started?
So I first got started with hair when I was in high school and I was playing with hair color. Then I went to hair school and I was always braiding on my mannequin dolls, and so then I went to work at blow dry bars. I did specialize in color, but just kind of playing around in high school with hair, how I got into it.
What’s your favorite thing about doing hair?
So my favorite thing about doing hair is the instant gratification. How happy people are afterwards, just how well you make someone feel about themselves. I think hair can hold a lot of power in somebody's mood for their day. So just being able to help somebody feel great about themselves is just a beautiful thing to do.
Fun fact about you?
So a fun fact about me is that I also specialize in hair color.
What’s the one product you can’t live without?
So my favorite product would have to be the Kenra Volume Spray. I feel like it has just the right amount of texture to it. It can be soft, you can brush it in, and it'll just give you that lift that you need.
