What’s your name, and how did you get started doing make-up?

“Hi, I'm Liza, and I got started with makeup in my thirties—so a little bit later for most. I started in California, I went to makeup school there. And I worked for eight years at Mac Cosmetics, and now I'm working for Brite!”

What’s your favorite thing about doing hair and makeup?

“The thing that I love about makeup is how it makes you feel. I think that when I put makeup on or a red lip, I feel very confident and that translates to my clients as well.”

Fun fact about you?

“A fun fact about me is I actually went to makeup school for cinema makeup, so I studied with prosthetics and a lot of movie-type makeup, and my favorite holiday is Halloween.”

Favorite product you can’t live without?

“I really love bronzer and I think that using a nice creamy bronzer like the Chanel one is my favorite.”
